Assessment is a continuous process at Bishop Speechly Vidyapeeth. Through a structured system of terminal exams and regular tests, we ensure consistent academic growth for every student.

First Terminal
Before Onam Holidays
The first major assessment of the academic year, setting the tone for the months ahead.
Second Terminal
Before Christmas
A mid-year comprehensive evaluation completed before the winter break festivities.
Annual Exam
Before Summer Vacation
The final cumulative assessment determining promotion to the next academic level.
Regular Mid-Term Tests are conducted between the main examinations.
Progress & Response
We believe that academic success is a collaborative effort between the school and the parents. The progress of students is intimated to parents regularly.
Notification
Progress Remarks are sent after every school examination.
Parental Review
Parents are requested to examine the remarks and return the report duly signed.
Action
Parents should ensure special efforts are made to improve in weak subjects.
Important Note
Parents are expected to respond to any call from the teachers or Principal regarding academic performance.
Deadline
Return signed reports within 2 days.
