Daily Essentials
Ensure wards are regular and punctual in attendance.
Dress wards neatly in proper uniform with full equipment.
Oversee that homework and lessons are done diligently.
Communication
Use the school diary to send messages to teachers.
Check the diary daily for assignments or teacher remarks.
Sign the diary regularly after noting remarks.
Notify the school immediately of any change in address/phone.
Visiting School
Parents are welcome to discuss progress.
Do not directly approach wards or staff in classrooms.
Report to the office enquiry and wait in the visitor's room.
Permission to meet staff comes solely from the Principal.
Leave & Absence
Plan outings to not clash with the school calendar.
Submit leave applications on the first day after absence.
10-Day Rule: Absence for >10 consecutive days without leave will result in name removal from rolls.
Rules & Conduct
Inform the school of any specific weakness requiring attention.
Ensure wards comply with all school regulations.
Withhold judgment on complaints until proper investigation by the Principal.
Admin & Tuition
Pay fees punctually as per schedule.
Private tuitions are strongly discouraged.
Any necessary tuition arrangement must be made through the Principal.
